How the Login Actually Works
Your Gateway Casino Thunder Bay account login is handled through a single central portal: myclubrewards.ca/account/login. There is no special Thunder Bay-only page and no separate dedicated app. Everything runs through that one site for all Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited properties in Canada, including our Thunder Bay casino at 50 Cumberland St. South.
Open your preferred browser, type in myclubrewards.ca, then look for the login button at the top of the page. Enter the email address and password that you used when you joined My Club Rewards. After that, you land in your account dashboard, where you can see your current points, recent transactions, and any offers that have been assigned to you. It is fairly direct, no extra steps.
One important detail: if you have never created a membership, that login screen will not get you very far. Online access is only available after you have enrolled for My Club Rewards in person. That initial in-casino registration is mandatory, it cannot be done online.
Signing Up at the Thunder Bay Property
Membership is free of charge. As is standard in our industry, registration is completed on-site rather than through an online form. For Thunder Bay, the process usually looks like this:

- Inside the property, make your way to the Guest Services desk.
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID ready.
- Fill out the My Club Rewards registration form provided at the desk.
- Receive your My Club Rewards credentials from our team.
- Visit myclubrewards.ca/account/login and sign in using those credentials.
- Use the “Give Us Your Email” page on the Thunder Bay site to opt in to email and trigger a Bonus Play offer within fourteen days of joining.
That final step is more important than it might look at first glance. New members who opt in to email receive a Bonus Play within fourteen days of their registration date. Existing members who have not opted in previously receive $5 in Bonus Play when they do. Both benefits are tied directly to the act of opting in to email, they do not appear automatically without that consent.
From a practical point of view, it also helps to use an email account you open regularly. In industry practice, password resets, offer reminders, and promotion notices are sent electronically, and missing those messages because the inbox is never checked happens more often than people expect.

If You Cannot Get In
If you forget your password or the email you enter is not recognized, start with the password recovery feature on the My Club Rewards login page. Submit the requested details and a reset link is sent to the email address registered on your account. When that email does not appear within a few minutes, it is worth checking your spam or junk folders before you assume that something is wrong with the site.

One important thing to steer clear of: do not attempt to log in through other unrelated “Gateway” websites. Domains such as gateway.bacb.com or my.gateway.bank are entirely separate businesses. They are not operated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, they do not support My Club Rewards, and they have no link to the Thunder Bay property.
